List your rental property for free!

You can list your rental property free of charge with WBA. We will mediate for you and make sure your rental is let as quickly as possible to a carefully selected candidate!

Mediation

Once your property becomes available for rent, you can list it on our web site for free. You manage your own account, where you can save, edit and remove property details. You can also add pictures to your property listing. After you have listed your rental property, our candidates will be informed of your listing by means of our matching process. You can follow the developments regarding your listing on our web site. Your statistics show how many candidates qualify for the listing, how often your listing has been viewed and how many responses it has received. Once we have selected the most suitable candidates, we will schedule a viewing with you. Naturally the final choice of tenant is yours. Lastly, we can draw up a lease for you free of charge, if desired.

Viewing

We will contact you to schedule viewings and inform you about the candidates who will be viewing the property at the agreed date and time. You can then decide who will be the new tenant. Potential tenants must let us know whether or not they are interested by 11:00 the next working day. We will then contact you to inquire about your choice, after which we will inform the new tenant as well as the other candidates.

Appraisal

It is important to know that you are not asking too much – or too little – from your tenants. WBA can assist you in this regard. We can appraise your property or properties, draw up a total overview and calculate the maximum reasonable rent. We can also provide you with a breakdown of the basic rent and any service charges, which you can then add to your lease in order to prevent any problems from arising with tenants regarding the calculation of the rent. The cost of this service is available on request.
